Q: I made an online payment just recently, but my invoice still shows that it was not paid?

A: The system can take up to 12 hours to reflect your payment. If after 24 hours it still has not reflected your payment, please call us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

 

Q: When I try to register, it says it is unable to verify who I am?

A: There are several reasons why this may happen. Please give us a call to verify we have accurate and up to date information on your account.
