Our Mountain Home branch of Superior Senior Care offers in-home caregiving services to seniors in Baxter, Boone, Fulton and Marion counties. The office is managed by Melanie Mullen and Greg Marler. Each of our locations are staffed by people who know the area and are familiar with places where seniors can socialize, get exercise and more.

Greg and the staff at Senior Care were very responsive, caring and respectful. My dad’s nurse, Tina, was very attentive to his needs and gave my mom peace of mind when she left him in Tina’s care. Could not ask for better service and would highly recommend.

Some never show up on time if they show up at all. MH manager Monica is rude and condescending. She doesn't seem to realize--or perhaps care--that her clients are dear and real people in need of services. I'm shocked and bewildered that she was angry with ME for informing her that her client's aides hadn't shown up for 3 shifts in the last 2 days.
