Since 7-12-24 I've not had care, I've had a babysitting party appearantly. I need to call DHS about fraud bc a Caregiver doesn't get out of Your Car, bc theirs isn't sufficient..walk to the sidewalk, stand there looking at you while you gather person effects and make your way on your own..No Assistance AT ALL.FLIP FLOP WAGGERS AND JAW BONE WAGGERSBut no boots moving. It's sickening, relentless and libelous...I'll be looking for a new provider now..No more Ms Leslie, no more real care :(These people have definitely been a huge blessing in my life. 🙏 Quality care, quality supervision, compassionate people that listen to your needs.. Best experience I have had yet.No, thank you! When I have concerns your team listens with compassion.Your line of work can change a person's life, I'm living proof! I have been a certified nurse assistant with Superior Senior Care since 2014. I have seen most come and go and they all have been very sweet to me. The staff is very knowledgeable. They will go beyond the call of duty to make sure the client is matched up with the perfect caregiver and if not, they are quick to rectify the situation so that the care is given and the client is happy. Excellent caregiver. Preparing meals, meal planning, housekeeping, Dr appointments shopping and errands dog walking helps me tend to my flowers. She wears many hats multi tasking. I'm so Blessed to have such a caring person. I'm 85 yrs old and recovering from 2 broken hips. I'd highly recommend Superior Senior Care (Fayetteville AR Office)

The people here are really nice and helpful. My mother's caregiver was referred to us by them and she is an absolute blessing. My mother was adamant that she did not want to go into a nursing home but my sister and I both have full time jobs. I still check on my mother everyday, but it is a relief knowing that her caregiver is there helping her. The office is always really helpful and good about sending fill-ins when my mother's caregiver is not available. The last company we were with, it was always a hassle getting someone to come fill in for the day.
